About Ryan
I started going to the gym just 4 years ago, I was 230 lbs, the biggest I had ever been. I didn't have a clue what I was doing. A year later I was down 50lbs and in the best shape of my life at 32 years old. Doing that for myself gave me the desire to bring the same sense of accomplishment to other people. If I can do it, anyone can.
I have been a trainer for a little over a year now and worked with a variety of people. I began my career at the YMCA and recently became independent. I've worked with kids, teens, adults, and senior citizens. The people who stuck with me the longest have seen incredible results, and more importantly, they have become more confident in themselves. I focus on strength and functional training.It depends on each person's situation and possible ailments we need to fix.
The gym is for everyone and most people don't know where to start.That's my goal. Let me put you on the right track.

I’ve had the privilege to train with Ryan for some time now. I had never worked out before, nor did I think I would ever care to. But after some major health issues & gaining weight, I decided I needed to make a change. That’s when I met Ryan. He is sensitive to my needs & is so motivating. I now love my sessions with Ryan. I’ve not only lost weight, but I’m toned & building muscle. I have more confidence & am standing taller & stronger & that is all thanks to Ryan & his motivation for me to succeed.
