Throughout my training career I have had a broad exposure to clients of different ages and levels of fitness. The most rewarding part of job is seeing my clients not only improve their fitness level, but also gain self confidence/image as their bodies change. I believe that in order to achieve a functional fitness level one needs to strive for proper foundation of core, balance, muscular flexibility and strength. Whether you are looking for weight managements, sport-specific, strength and power conditioning, flexibility and etc, I will train you to get to your fitness goals effectively and efficiently.
