WiL is uniquely the brains, body and soul of Fusion 40 Fitness and the WOWWW private and group exercise and wellness program. WiL became a fitness and wellness professional to develop fitness and wellness programs to educate and improve his clients physical and mental health, fitness levels and their quality of life in Mind, Body and Spirit.


 WiL's goal is to make the fitness experience, affordable, sustanable, educational, fun and enriching.


 When you get fit, youre also giving.

My favorite exercise

I prefer a variety of tailored fitness training methods to my clients fitness levels and goals. One size fitness training does not fit all. I specialize in exercise program development via rehabilitative, strength training, multi-functional training, body weight, machines, and weight weight training equipment A quality training routine should focus on form, function and frequency. My method of training is safe, sustainable, effective and time efficient.
