About Zachary

Expect a life long journey of positive changes. The pursuit of fitness is never over. Some people hit a target weight and think the journey is over, but that is furthest from the truth. I want to help people be healthy, be better athletes, and be a more fulfilled person. We can only become those things by a constant pursuit of a burning desire.

Each person has their own goals and needs. One person may need a drill sergeant and another needs a softer spoken leader. I take pride in being able to give each of my clients a unique experience that will leave them feeling fulfilled.


My favorite client story

David was one of my first clients that I ever trained. He came to me knowing he needed a change, but did not know what to do. In just a few short weeks he began enjoying exercise. He was looking forward to our sessions more and more. .Eventually we put a goal that he was going to perform 2 body weight dips, by the end of the program he was able to knock out 5. Never in his life was he able to do that, and the fact that he met a goal that he thought was impossible was a rejuvenating and invigorating feeling.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is the Power Snatch. There is just something primal about ripping a weight off the ground and then having it over your head. Knowing that it is all you.
