About Forest

I train clients according to their goals, experience, and fitness levels. Sessions will be challenging and educational. My job is to help you become more fit and healthy by coaching you through workouts and giving you the knowledge to train safely and effectively. I also provide nutrition, weight loss, and weight gain advise during my sessions based off of my clients needs!

My favorite client story

I helped my client to boost his max on 3 lifts the deadlift, squat, and bench press by a combined 100 lbs. in 6 weeks before leaving to go play college football. My client said it made him feel confident and he really appreciated the coaching and guidance I gave him.

My favorite exercise

Squat Variations are my favorite exercises I use with my clients. Squats can be modified and adjusted for almost every fitness level. Squats are functional compound movements that work almost all the muscles of the legs and are used in every day life. Teaching my clients to squat properly also helps them learn how to take some of the pressures of everyday life off of the knee joint.
