About Julian

I became a trainer so that I could help those who wanted to create a healthier lifestyle for themselves, their families, friends, etc. I've always had a passion for helping others and in 2014 I became a personal trainer so that my career would be my way of helping.

Most of my clients have goals of weight loss, but my experience expands to those also looking to gain muscle and increase athletic performance. I've worked with office employees, mothers post-pregnancy, youth athletes, and some seniors. I'm versatile and can create a successful program based on the goals of any gender and any age. 

I am laid back, but I make my clients very aware that the task at hand is what's important. I can be friendly, but I am dedicated to the job FIRST. It is important for me to help you get what you want out of the experience. 

I have my own equipment for indoor gym/outdoor park or in-home sessions. I train office workers who have fitness centers in the facilities in which they work. 

I am professional, punctual, passionate, and personable. 

My favorite client story

After training with a client for about 6 months, she told me about a birthday party she had for her daughter an SkyZone (an indoor trampoline center). She was so elated to tell me that she was able to keep up with her daughter and actually jump around on the trampolines for almost an hour.

This was a great reminder for me that what I do has the ability to provide individuals experiences that these that are priceless.

My favorite exercise

Burpees. They are one of the most challenging exercises that involve no equipment. They can be done anytime and anywhere.
