My training experience

I have served in both the Marine Corps and Army over the last twenty years and trained many military service members in various environments as well as civilian clients with and without fitness equipment. . Army Certified Master Fitness Trainer. I am a ISSA certified fitness trainer, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and Specialist in Strength & Conditioning. Certified in AED/CPR.
