About Storm

Hey there! My name is Storm and I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, I have been training women for the past 3+ years. I guide women to have positive mindsets and to become confident in their bodies by shedding fat and building lean muscle. I train women through HIIT training to burn extra calories and build strength through resistance training! I was exactly where you were, so I know what it takes! I not only push you through these sessions by encouraging you, but to help you grow your mind to be better as well. We all tend to forget that our brain is like a muscle, we forget to exercise it. Your mind is the driver of ALL things, so I help women glow from the inside out. I love pushing women to become a better version of themselves, and the great thing about working with me is that I make fitness FUN! You only have one body, so why not enjoy taking care of it? I come from a military family as well, so I know that if you want to be successful with anything, it will take discipline! But that's why I am here is to hold you accountable to yourself and to your goals! So let's get that better glow!

I'm over 60 years old and had started to gain weight; I was dieting, but with almost not results. Just like her name she comes in like a Storm. Just know if you are disciplined and determined Storm will bring out the the storm in you in her Excersise routine. You come dry but you leave dripping in sweat. No one could convince me that in 20-30 mins workout routine you could be soaking wet as if you just run a 5k. My core is stronger my body looks and feels toned and my endurance has improved. Get with Storm and you will become a storm in getting your brain, body, muscles and strength back.
