I have more than 20 years of experience as a Personal Fitness Trainer, educating and training entrepreneurs, CEOs, executives, educators and “Weekend and Everyday Warriors” in a variety of fitness settings. As a dedicated team member of the Southside YMCA, after working as a trainer at this location for less than a year, in January of 2020, I became one of the top 16 Personal Trainers of 17 YMCA Chicago Metro locations with 69 trainers on staff.
My clients often want to lose weight, sculpt, increase aerobic endurance, or improve strength.
I enjoy the partnership I have with my clients to help them bridge the gap from where they are, to receiving the results they want to see. My passion is seeing their progress as they jump over every hurdle they thought would block their progress.
?During the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020 I found it necessary to move my fitness services to an online platform where I now conduct fitness training, classes and coaching online. I also created a 90 Day Challenge which began in January of 2021 to keep participants who may be spending more time at home, active. I challenge them to complete 10,000 steps a day and move beyond their comfort zone by engaging in activities and exercises they are unfamiliar with, starting them on the path to becoming their MOST SEXY SELVES by the end of the program, hence the name, "Saggy to Sexy" 90 Day Transformation Challenge.
?I offer a unique emotional weight loss protocol as the published Author of the Self Improvement book, "The Beauty and Vanity of Denial: Unmask Your Stories and Embrace Your Truth" and Fitness Coach for my "Rewrite Your Life" program. I have conducted seminars and workshops, led panel discussions and shared my insight with radio listeners. My transformational protocol demonstrates how excess stress and unresolved emotional issues can hijack the mind and have a direct impact on one’s health and the ability to lose weight and achieve optimal health and wellness. I have uncovered 5 essential strategies that have helped me and many of my clients heal, recover their intellectual clarity, emotional balance, physical health, and wellness, and lose weight.
