About Jarolyn

I am so excited to be in a profession that I truly enjoy everyday. I am also excited to work with individuals who truly want to change their life and become more active. I have experience working with young adults who are strength training for sports, prenatal and post, post menapause, and working with the older population who would like to improve their balance or improve their muscle mass.


I have experience teaching in a group setting or one-on-one.  I like to provide encouragement to help move you past your comfort zone.  I am a patient coach and will work with you until you can confidently perform an exercise.  My programs have included these styles of training: Bootcamp, Circuit, Strength, and HIIT.  I can provide Nutrition assistance, if you need help.
