I’m a 77 year old ACE (American Council on Exercise) senior fitness specialist, certified personal trainer, certified group fitness instructor and certified health coach.
Unlike someone younger, I know what it feels like in the years after 60 to get fit and stay fit. I exclusively work with men and women in their 60’s, 70’s and 80+ years.
Getting you fit & healthy is something we do together. Instead of telling you what to do, I listen to you so we can effectively achieve your goals/objectives and you reap the benefits.
