My favorite client story

I have a client that had been working with a nutritionist as well as a personal trainer. She came to me because she had hit a plateau and was frustrated. 10 weeks into the personalized program I designed for her as well as tweaks in her dietary choices, my client was successful in breaking through her plateau and speeding ahead to her desired fitness outcome. I am proud to say she is maintaining her goal and living a strong and healthy lifestyle.

My favorite exercise

Pilates. It is well balanced and creates synergy in the body as well connecting the body function to mindfulness. A great core strengthening workout! Every movement initiates in the core of our body and it is so important for strength and stability.
