Tony Gagliardotto

About Tony
MY journey started in 2009 when I graduated high school and weighed 135 at 6 foot. I wasn’t happy with how I looked or how slim I was so I decided to change that. I started reading health and fitness magazines and started to go to the gym 5 days a week. In 2013 I wanted to know everything about the body and how to properly train myself and help people on the same mission (to change their body, health, and mindset.) In 2013 I took the step and became a certified personal trainer through the national academy of sports medicine (N.A.S.M.) In 2019 I became F.M.S. certified (functional movement screen) and a certified precision neuromuscular therapist (P.M.N.T) helping to relieve muscular pain, aches, headaches, migraines and much more! I care about my clients like family and am willing to do everything and anything in my power to best help them with their goals or body. My philosophy is to find where the pain is, figure out what's causing it, and relieve it. After a person's pain is alleviated we work on correcting movement patterns and muscle discrepancies (overactive and underactive muscles). I specifically work with the 35 and up population but can work with anyone. My specialities are corrective exercise, functional training, balance, movement, general health (includes weight loss because we need to get people to a certain weight at their age for optimal health), and muscle building.
