About Ashley

Hello! My name is Ashley Winnicka-Moniez, but you can call me Ashley or Wimoni. I am a passionate, energetic and motivating Certified Personal Trainer and highly experienced Group Fitness Instructor, with a particular affinity in understanding and connecting with people. I love inspiring, and creating an uplifting workout experience for clients. I have an athletic background, as I grew up in competitive gymnastics, then coached/taught the sport for 7+ years, and performed in dance recreationally. I love dabbling in all things fitness and wellness! I have experience in trampoline cardio, dance cardio, gymnastics, dance choreography, Muay Thai kickboxing, yoga, F45 Training, Crossfit, and Animal Flow. I am a stickler for executing proper form, and enjoy finding new and creative ways to cue movements and sensations, as well as taking time to explain and encourage correct exercise technique. I also have my certification in Corrective Exercise and am a newly certified Animal Flow Instructor! I love mobility and flexibility training. I also have my certification as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and have experimented multiple diets, lifestyles, and foods. I am always looking forward to new fitness adventures and wellness collaborations! I love bringing good energy into the room and bonding with passionate, likeminded individuals in the wellness world. I relocated by myself from homey New Jersey to sunny, vibey Los Angeles in Oct 2017. It was the best change I could have asked for. I can't wait to see what the future holds, and I look forward to each new day and experience as they come!


My favorite exercise

Pushups, Burpees, Bulgarian Split Squats, and pretty much anything involving a Kettlebell!

My training philosophy

At the end of the day, it's how you MOVE and how you FEEL that will add years of joy and health to your life, much less how you LOOK. Aesthetic is just a byproduct of good habits. FIRST: Focus on the internal and seemingly "invisible" improvements in diet, exercise, better habits, mental health, etc. Mindset is everything. Once that's in better order, the rest will start and continue to align beautifully.
