Hi Everyone! My passion, goals and desire is to get you and keep you moving! I have been passionate about fitness and nutrition since I was teenager. After spending 20 years in the Army, my passion grew wanting to help my fellow veterans. Having coming from a family of plus members, I desire to help youth, senior and disabled veterans to be happy and healthy! I have helped family member, friends and fellow soldiers get healthy and moving, and realized I want to help everyone get moving!! I was seriously injured from my tour in Iraq and went through a year of physical therapy to walk again and get strong.
I believe with this background and a single mother, I have the compassion, patience, understanding, determination and drive to help you reach your goals while supporting you 100% along the way! Although retired military, I adapt my training style to my client....not a one size fits all trainer!! My desire is to be your trainer and ensure your results are a collaborative effort. I love training all types of clients to include seniors, youths!
As mother, soldier and retired, disabled veteran, I have the compassion, understanding and patience for all clients. As a new trainer, I would love the opportunity to train all types of clients as I continue to grow my skills with my clients! I am open early mornings, evenings and my weekends are flexible to meet your goals. I will travel to you to train in your home, local park, or gym.
