My favorite client story
My favorite success story was a client of mine (male) who had contracted a blood disorder in his legs that prevented him from any type of activity, including walking periodically, for 14 months. When I started with him, his demeanor was low and he felt and even mentioned to me that he thought he would live like this for the rest of his life. At a start weight of 366lbs. and no real drive to do anything but what he had been doing for over a year, you can imagine the large task I had at hand. Well, in just 7 short months, and 113lbs. lighter, the 25 year old that had given up is now back to work, almost 5 months ahead of schedule, and is in a happy relationship. He decide to live by my "do the work and the results will show" philosophy, got the job done and he still works out 5 times a week.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is the push-up. So many muscle groups are being used when doing a push-up from your abs and core, biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. With lots of different variations you can use to preform a push-up, it makes it the ultimate exercise.

My training experience
I have been a professional fitness coach for 5 years, and spent 1 1/2 years working in health clubs perfecting my craft. During this time I have had over 53 clients (men and woman) who have successfully completed and reached their fitness goal. I my not have a 10 year back ground in personal training, but I do assure you that I can get you to your goal. My love for fitness excites me. I love helping others not only reach their fitness goal, but also staying healthy inside and out.
