I've been into fitness and wellness since I was 16 years old when I discovered the gym with my older brother. Since then I have gone on to work with hundreds of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. I found myself really gravitate to strength training as a means of it being a corrective solution to many of the problems that individuals face on a daily basis.
An intial one-on-one session with me begins with a thorough static and movement based assessment. From there we will go through some mobilization drills and corrective soluctions before heading onto the gym floor to learn the basic movement patterns: squat, hinge, push, and pull.
Nutrition coaching follows the Precision Nutrtion protocol which places an emphasis on reformation of habits rather than only doing as I say type of meal plans that many coaches follow. I believe you should be able to indulge and enjoy life without having to make sacrifices left and right.
