My training experience

Former NFL Linebacker (5 Year Pro) I know what it takes to make the human body perform and reach its full potential. Training experience includes: Group classes, individual personal training, Sport specific training, men & women, CrossFit, Olympic lifting. Men and women all ages and fitness levels have reached their fitness goals with fun dedicated intense personally designed workouts. I have personal experience in each type of workout program I offer. This allows me to design each program with the understanding of how the body will adapt, and the type of results that come with each specific training method.
