About Rachel
I am a professional dancer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who has worked in injury prevention and rehabilitation for 9 years. My philosophy as a trainer is to make sure you are not only challenged by your training, but also having fun. You will not accomplish you goals if you are not enjoying your training program and the results. My goal is to provide my clients with a strong foundation of training by teaching proper core techniques, implementing appropriate muscle flexibility, and training with functional movements that shape you for your goal.
I've worked with dancers, athletes, executives, elderly, those preparing and recovering from surgery, and those who want to get in shape and feel good. My gexperience lies in resistance training, functional training, core training, yoga, and flexibility.
*I offer one-on-one video conference (Zoom) training for those who prefer to train from the comfort of home and appreicte technology.

My favorite client story
My favorite story comes from one of my female clients who swore she would never be able to do a push-up. In less than three months she went from no push-ups to 8!
My favorite exercise
Hard to pick one! Haha! I love squats (all variations) and mountain climbers :)
My favorite quote
Yes you can.
My training philosophy
Proper form and technique gets you results and reduces injury. Keep your goal in mind so you always get something different out of your training session. Never under estimate the power of stretching.
My training experience
I worked in physical therapy specific exercise for 4 years, and continued with functional training for 6 years now.
