All my clients have access to my app where you can see your diet guidelines, upcoming workouts (and track them), any additional cardio sessions, reminders for progress photos, recipes and much more!
My favorite client story
My favorite client stories involves the ones with clients who first came to me to lose weight -and had struggled to do so on an already low-calorie diet. Usually when people diet for too long the metabolism slows down and it becomes harder to see results and it feels like a battle against your body. So I ask the clients to trust me as we bring their calories up a notch and focus on building muscles. And after 3-4 months they are seeing results they've never seen before. And oftentimes the biggest change isn't on the scale but in how they look and feel! They are stronger, more defined, clothes fit differently. I love this kind of transformation. Getting fit should be fun, easy and it should feel like you've teamed up with your body towards your goal.
