About Brad
With over 10 years of personal training experience, a Bachelors and Master's degree in exercise science/sports psych, and the NSCA's gold standard certification for strength and conditioning coaching, I am one of the most qualified and educated trainers here in New York City. Fitness is my passion, and I've followed that passion all the way to the USA team for Strongman Fitness World Championships. I approach every trainee with grounded science and experience.
My primary philosophy for training is that if you want to look like an athlete, you need to train and eat like one. Together we can get you lean, fit, and toned in a safe and healthy way with your own customized training program.

Brad helped me with my training 2 years ago. Not only is he beyond knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition, he is also an excellent motivator who cares about your success in the gym and out.
At first I really didn't know where to start with training, but Brad was able to fix a lot of things that I never even noticed. My strength shot up and a lot of my nagging injuries subsided. His expertise in training different kinds of people really carried over because there are so many things I thought I was doing right but had to have his coaching on to fix. Not only that but he is also reached extremely higher levels in his sport and his knowledge base is wider than what you can find in most books on working out or exercise.
