Just put the time and dedication and I will provide the coaching, training, program and support you need to reach your goals! My team and I have experience in working with elderly, low, moderate and high intensity. We also inform clients on basic nutrition knowledge and provide information on how to track your calories and log in your meals. My training experience
I have exercised since 2014. I was unfit, unhealthy and had several health issues. I decided to make all the changes necessary. I changed my diet and began to exercise and my health completely transformed. was 120 lb. of 32% body fat and now I am 125 lbs. with more lean muscle!
