My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is the deadlift. There is no exercise more functional than the deadlift. Essentially you are picking up a heavy object off the ground and putting it back down. With proper form, the deadlift is the king of longevity exercises, both for your body and your central nervous system. Your body is a smart organism, if you consistently use it in its entirety, as in the deadlift, it will maintain its strength and optimize your body composition so that it can continue executing this movement forever. This is the key, a full body compound strength movement that keeps you from aging as much as possible!

Well how can I start this off, Chris is nothing less than phenomenal. I started working out with him as my trainer 2 years ago. I was an athletic kid mainly because of all the sports I played. When we first started I was a complete beginner did not know much and was very weak with not strength or muscle definition. Ever since then I gained size over my time with chris and I now am stronger than most people who have been lifting for longer because of the knowledge and dedication chris gave me when he was working with me one on one. Knowledagle trainer. Compliments the workout with meal plans when requested. TRX workouts have toned up muscles in my body like never before. Very pendant of progress, always kept in touch with me about my routine and ways to follow it. When I was out of town he provided daily workout routines. He keeps me motivated and engaged in the exercises and its results.

Chris is awesome! Not only has strength gone up but flexibility has increased. He is a very realistic trainer that is always giving new exercises, explaining target muscles and function while pointing out imbalances. He has even gone on to correct most imbalances. I started training with Chris 2 months ago and his knowledge in proper movement and lifting technique has really pushed me to the next level. Chris is an amazing trainer! Couldn’t be happier with my results as of now considering I only see him twice a week.
