I began my path to fitness after struggling to achieve my fat loss goals through yoga, pilates, running, and P90X. I was convinced by a close friend to begin strength training through crossfit. Within 8 weeks I shed 30 pounds. I was immediately impressed and began establishing my career into the fitness industry.
I relocated to New York City to learn from master trainers on effective exercise programs for all body types and goals. I have trained marathon runners, crossfit athletes, weight loss clients, and clients who simply seek to maintain overall health and wellness.
The way I like to structure my session, we begin with SMR and warm-up followed by strength/resistance training and ending with cardio and stretching. This will vary depending on your personal goals.
My training style is informative but most of all fun! I understand there are days that you wake up and hate the idea of working out, but I'm here to keep you motivated and making that hour worth your while!
