My goal is to be the best part of your day, everyday. Training with me will be fun, challenging, and get you closer to your goals. After discussing your specific goals, we will work through traditional and functional training to help you move better, feel better, and get to where you want to be.

I am graduating FAU with a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I have been training and teaching group fitness for 3 years.
