My favorite client story
I have been training a 16 y/o athlete from day 1 of lifting weights, which for him, was a little over a year and a half ago. He is all natural and currently holds the USA powerlifting record for his age/weight class as the strongest 16 y/o powerlifter in the USA. He is also a high school football TE who is 6'3 255lbs. and runs a 4.6 40 time. With the right dedication and mentorship, all things are possible.
