About Charlie

The value in working with me is that I'll put you on a program not just give you a workout. Each session will be progressive and build off the last one. This keeps you moving forward every week. I will exclusively use functional high intensity exercises that will keep you burning fat for hours after your workout. This is the key to body transformation! I have worked with a wide range of people. Some that just want to tighten up and others that need triple digit weight-loss in order to save their lives. It doesn't matter where you are in your weight-loss journey, even if you haven't started at all, I'm the guy that can help you get it done.

My favorite exercise is the squat. It is one of the most fundamental patterns in human movement, and if you can perform it correctly the squat can really improve your life. It requires a ton of muscle recruitment in the lower body and core and should be a staple in any fitness program.

My training experience

I have been working as a personal trainer specializing in weight-loss for the past four years. It is my passion in life and I find nothing else more rewarding than guiding someone through their personal journey toward health and fitness. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and by Precision Nutrition as a nutrition coach. I have worked at several gyms and helped hundreds of clients before starting my own company early last year.
