My favorite client story
My best client had me train him 3x a week at at 5:30 am I trained him for 12 years, he followed me to various gyms where I was on staff and joined them. Most people thought he was a trainer also- he had an 8 pack that I maintained, with balance, weights, explosive moves and food suggestions-(he had an island kitchen and I would shop with him ) He only gave me up when he married !!!
My favorite exercise
balancing and using a weighted ball - its dynamic and helps keep the muffin top down when you play catch against a wall
