About Michael

Hello, my name is Mike. I currently possess the ISSA certified personal trainer and CPR certifications and am continuing my education as a corrective exercise specialist. 


Since I was in middle school, I've been the one in my classes who had always taken going to gym class seriously. As an adult, I had no clue what I was doing until I met a professional bodybuilder who showed me the ropes. He taught me what to eat, how many calories to burn, how to burn fat and how to build muscle. He also educated me on the deeper isometric movements and about the fundamentals of strength training. 

 

I became a trainer because of my passion for fitness. I love what I do and I love helping people with reaching their fitness goals no matter what they are. People need motivation to build up their self esteem and my background in hard motivational training puts me in the right position to motivate them. From all my knowledge, I wanted to take it further and make it into a career so I can share my passion for fitness with other people. Fitness is a lifestyle choice that will change your life and change the way your body feels. 

 

I am experienced in working with all different types of people, regardless of this fitness level. I have worked with youth, adults, and older adults with disabilities. No matter what your goals may be, I would love to hear from your goals, whether it is strength training or just brushing up for new experiences! Diet is the mandatory stronghold that keeps the engine running. We must have clean fuel like a car that runs on gas. If we put water in the tank, the car won't run right. The same applies to our bodies: we must eat clean so we can fuel our bodies. I appreciate your time in reading my profile and hope to see you in our first training session together!

He is definitely on time and he showed me in detail how to execute the movements. I lost 30 lbs and gained 5 lbs of muscle.
