Hello my name is Mike I have always liked fitness ,i currently posses a ISSA certifed prtdonsl trainer certification with a CPR as well and contining on my educaion as a corrective excersise speaclist >since I was a kid in middle school I was always the one in my class that took it seriously my first time going to a gym I had no clue what I was doing until I met a professional bodybuilder and showed me the ropes from what to eat and how many calories from burning fat and building lean muscle to the deeper isometric movements to strength training ,i became a trainer because i have a passion fpr fitness i love what i do and that comes with people i love to help people with fitness no matter what your goals are ,i have had a extensive backgound when it comes to training i have had hard motivational training because i believe people need motivation to build self esteem and to give it their all to reach their full potential when I seen other people in the gym I had that passion and if I seen them doing something wrong I would correct them and show them especially youth and from all that knowledge I wanted to take it further and make it a career doing what I love and having a passion to share it with people because fitness is not about money its a lifestyle that will chang your life and change the way your body feels. I am good at working with diffrent type of people no mater what your fitness goal is.i have worked with youth and people and young adults to people with disabilities as well ,passion and executing the movements correctly and efficiently what ever your goals maybe or you may be a self starter i would love to hear from you sessions can be 30 min to 60 min depending on what you are doing and what type of training you need weather its strength training or just brushing up for new experiences i have you covered ,diet is especially the mandatory stronghold that keeps the engine running we must have clean fuel its like a car that runs on gas if we put water in the tank it definitially wont run right unless it has gas ,same applies with our bodies we must eat clean fuel ,i appreciate your time in reading my profile .
