About 6 years ago I went thru a new transition of lifestyle changes. I incorporated exercise and nutritional into my daily lifestyles. Changed my eating habits to clean nutritional foods, made fitness and exercise a part of daily routines and
over this transitional period I lost 45 lbs. I also am a wellness manager for local business to support employees health and well being.
I help clients with understanding of nutritional and fitness goals thru use of meal tracking, training improvements and customer goal achievements. Having an understanding that everything takes time and if at first you don’t see results…keep trying! I enjoy helping others and sharing what I have learned and experienced to improve their wellness.
