Having been in the heatlh and fitness industry for more than 7 years, I have developed a keen understanding of clients needs based on the goals that they want to accomplish. I pride myself in my ability to deliver an exceptional experience to clients through my unprecedented programming and nutrition coaching. My ability to motivate clients beyond their threshold's or expectations is also an amazing skill which I possess. All of my clients are the number one priority and are treated as an important part to my practice.
I am known as a tough love coach with a little bit of sweet southern charm mixed with a no nonsesne New York Style. My background in fitness is based around the sports performance aspect of training, however, the primamry focus is strength and conditioning primairily in the area of functional strength training and injury prevention. I am certified by several nationally recognized accredited organizations and has been employed by 24 Hour Fitness, Equinox and LA Fitness to name a few. As a leader and my coaching skills are all fashioned to get clients maximum results.
In 2020, I decided to rebrand and change the structure to adapt to the new times. It was here that Altitude Fitness came to life. Alomg with Altitude Fitness, I also created the podcast #FML - Fitness, Motivation, Lifestyle to help motivate lifestyle changes through fitness, this is the Altitude Fitness's motto for success.
My favorite client story
Recently, one of my new clients was shocked at how quickly she began to feel better. This client was lacking in nutrition as she was not adding enough protein to her diet. As a result, her energy levels were constantly down and she felt bad all the time. She also had issues with attention and focus. She told me that just by increasing her protein in take she has begun to experience amazing boosts in energy and have not crashed at night. She also mentioned that her ability to focus at work and in everyday life has improved. Her workouts have improved based on our programming and goals setup and she feels amazing. She has been with me now about 4 weeks.

My training experience
Most of the training experience I have gained have been around the principle and idea of sports performance. I have trained collegiate athletes, high school athletes, weight lifters, powerlifters and functional athletes. The main focus of my training is functional strength and conditioning focused on performance improvement and strength development. I have worked for Equinox, 24 Hour Fitness and LA Fitness.

Pedro has extensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition. Before working with him I was working my butt off at the gym for an entire year, four times a week with no progress. He helped me get past my plateau and then some. I’ve never felt so good in my whole life. he’s also really good at pinpointing issues with nutrition, and he helps work through issues with workouts. His knowledge is endless. I would recommend him to anyone that asks!
