I help busy clients love their body, get stronger, feel confident in less than 45 minutes a day! I specialize in creating fun, quick, and effective workouts at home with no equipments, just you and your own body weight! Bride to be? Want to improve your flexibility? Get stronger? I got you! I work with mostly corporate workers and moms that only have 15-30 minutes a day; clients that want to improve their flexibility in order to improve their workouts and reduce injuries. Everyone is different so there's NO ONE SIZE FIT ALL workout plan! I will work with your goal and customize a plan just for you!

I love my sessions with Shing. She is very informative and gives very clear direction, which is very helpful especially in times like these, when everything is done virtually. I also love that she does the exercises with us because that motivates me to be as strong as her! She’s also great at giving modifications and she’s constantly checking in on us to make sure we’re doing the exercises safely. Honestly, I feel that 45 minutes is not enough! Furthermore, she is extremely patient in making sure everyone's poses and technique are correct to ensure you're getting the most out of the work out. Besides, if you have questions, Shing is more than happy to answer them for you and ready to help out whenever you need. Additionally, after her classes, I feel super refreshed and energized; I could take on the world with how recharged I feel after. I love the variety of fitness classes offered by Shing at Body Balance Lifestyle, and one of her most unique classes is the "Summer Stilettos Workshop"! As we're all staying at home to flatten the COVID-19 curve, and I haven't had many chances to dress up to go out, let alone enjoy wearing my pretty stilettos! So, Shing's "Summer Stilettos Workshop" was a great class to attend during the pandemic! I like that Shing started the class off by asking you, as her attendees, "What are the sexiest parts of your body that you appreciate?" This was such an empowering question for women that encourages self-love and body-positive values! As for the class itself, Shing's exercise routine on Zoom was easy to follow along, while having the added challenge of wearing your stilettos while working out. You definitely feel the burn! Overall, Shing's stilettos workshop was super fun, and she shows you that strength and femininity can go together! I will definitely be returning to her future fitness classes!

I was looking for a personal trainer and found Shing on Find Your Trainer. As soon as we spoke I could tell her style of training is what i was after! As an instructor she is kind, patient, knowledgeable and will push you when you need to be pushed! She is very detail oriented and concentrates a lot on form and posture when doing the exercises. Having had a previous injury I felt comfortable in her hands. I loved the variation of exercises she would go through in each session. It's a full body workout! Many of the exercises require little to no props, so they are easy to do at home also. She is also very personable, and great at giving feedback and instruction. I have been working with Shing for the majority of the past year. I most recently completed her 90-day program and it was amazing. I have always been into sports (played field hockey in high school and college) and running (I’ve run four marathons) and never have I felt this strong and toned. Cardio hasn’t ever been an issue for me, but I’ve never been self-motivated to do much strength training, even though it’s a crucial part of being a better runner.
