I Graduated from Queens College in 2015 with a degree in History and secondary education. I’ve always had a passion for teaching but the public school setting was not right for me. I decided to pursue my passion in fitness after a year of teaching high school students. My passion for fitness started when I was 16 years old. I was overweight and didn’t take care of myself in any way. I started to run around the block in my neighborhood until I lost some weight. When I got to college the bad habits came back and I put the weight right back on. From there I decided to make a change in my life. I stopped drinking and eating junk. I couldn’t afford a gym membership so I would try to workout at parks or at my college gym. I remember spending about 3 months sneaking into a gym, when it was to cold to workout outside. After a year of getting myself in shape, I would constantly read training and nutrition articles to increase my knowledge in the field. From there I knew I could help people achieve their goals, so I became a personal trainer.
My favorite quote
“The chief task in life is simply this: to identify and separate matters so that I can say clearly to myself which are externals not under my control, and which have to do with the choices I actually control. Where then do I look for good and evil? Not to uncontrollable externals, but within myself to the choices that are my own . . .”

I have been training with Yeufre for 2+ years and could not ask for a more professional, no-nonsense approach to fitness and general well being. I feel better - both physically and mentally - because of the progress I’ve made with Yeufre’s program. Having had experiences with other trainers, I feel a great diffference in his more long term plan for *real* gains in musculature, flexibility, balance and endurance. He has also provided invaluable advice related to diet and exercise in addition to the lifting sessions. In short, I turned 35 today and feel confident because I am in the best shape of my life.
I began training with Yeufre a year ago. I’ve had multiple trainers over the years but none have pushed me as Yeufre has, increased my strength and changed my body. He watches my every move, makes sure my form is correct and I actually believe he’s always thinking of what he can tweak to improve both my shape and strength. His knowledge of the human body is terrific. He will improve your range of motion, your balance, posture, strength. He’ll figure out if something Is off with your body before you do and how to Improve it! His workouts are fun and always different; he comes prepared, this is not an hour of BS. You will work and you will feel a true sense of accomplishment. Yeufre is kind, mild mannered yet firm . He has pride in his work and you can always count on his professionalism . I highly recommend Yeufre Perez as an truly excellent personal trainer.
I’m a surgeon with some “getting older” joint issues. Yeufre is the first trainer (and I have had many) who researched my specific injury issues, then trained me. I am far stronger more importantly more mobile. My core strength and and balance are now excellent and thus my ice hockey performance has never been better!! (Please take into account I play on a drinking team with a Hockey problem) ! You would be foolish not to interview him or just take a leap of faith and start training! Dr Taranow
If you’re looking to transform your body, lifestyle or just need guidance to stay fit; Yeufre is your coach/trainer. He is extremely hard working and dedicated to his work and clients. He is knowledgeable and understands the science of weight loss, building muscle, etc. As a trainer, he is motivating and pushes you to your limits and help you meet your end goals. I would highly recommend Yeufre as a personal trainer.
His total approach helps not just burn, tone and sculpt your body exactly the way you want but he also helped with a nutrition plan and often played my therapist! When we first met he asked my goals and helped me stick to it. He takes a genuine interest and really cares, which is hard to find! Plus he's a certified massage therapist as well!! If you're looking for someone to help get and keep you in shape or whatever your fitness goals may be- Yeufre is the only partner you need! He helped me lose 75lbs in a year and changed my life forever! I am eternally grateful and can't say enough great things about the Revival Fitness way!
And no, my review is not paid nor overly dramatic. I started training with Yeufre 3 years ago, went from never lifting a weight to doing heavy deadlifts and squats like a pro. Yeufre is a very well trained professional who will guide you in and out the gym: posture, stretching, diet - he will provide you with all the tools and guidance to get to wherever you want to be. After a year training 2 to 3 times a week with him, I was in the best shape of my life and build strength like never before. Yeufre will make you feel comfortable and will always gently - but firmly! - push you to get that extra rep in, yeah that one you didn’t think you could do. Well guess what? You can. Had to take a break from training for a while but I know I’ll be back because, well, booty gains!
I met Yeufre after I spent a week at Biggest Loser Resort on Amelia Island about two years ago. I am in my early 60’s and had been completely out of shape and had not exercised in years. He did a thorough assessment of my range of motion, strength ( or lack thereof) and endurance. I had limited range of motion and consistent aching in my knees and shoulders . Two years later and I walk all the time, carry heavy grocery bags blocks with no problem, keep my balance on buses and subways and have general increased resting muscle tone. My posture has improved and I now know whIch stretches to do if I do begin to feel achy. He is very knowledgeable, asking about my status at the beginning of each session and tailoring thatbaeaaion to my needs at that time. MOST IMPORTANT - Yeufre has always been patient and non-judgmental with my ups and downs of weight loss. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any level of training.
