Success in exercise and diet is about having a positive experience. Once the experience is created, almost anything is possible. One has to change their mind in order to change their body. My favorite client story

My client was suffering terribly from lack of energy. For her, grocery shopping was a sure pre-cursor to over exhaustion and tiredness. She reported lack of sleep and restlessness at night. So it occurred to me that she needed security, a safe place to rest. So one day as she dosed off on the weight bench, I quietly stepped away, closed the door and left her there sleeping in my studio. 30 minutes later I woke her up and she said, "That was a great session!" Just goes to show..."a good session is so much more than pain staking exercise." It's about you!

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is a resistance band leg lower. You start out by lying down on your back. Then you attach resistance band handles to your feet. Since the bands are anchored, your legs lower and lift with "weightlessness." Most people close their eyes because the movement relieves tension in the back and therefore relieves stress. Benefits to the exercise include improved circulation in the lower extremities, lymphatic circulation, hamstring flexibility, and rectus abdominal strength. A great exercise for edema suffers, diabetics, and more. Its a great experience!
