My training experience

After years of coaching baseball and football travel and tournament teams I decided that I wanted to focus on the training aspect of athletes an those interested in physical fitness. I became a certified personal trainer a little more than a year ago and spent some time in a corporate gym that was restrictive in pricing and exercise plans. I wanted to help more people reach their goals so I decided to train clients at their homes, at their gyms or outside.
