About Julian

As a Personal Trainer, my approach is to initially assess my individual clients "Base Fitness Level" (In simple terms... What's YOUR "starting line" ?), as well as addressing any and all health related issues. I also cannot stress enough how important the proper kind of diet is that matches with the individual's fitness goals. Then, based on the Client's fitness goals, I design and implement a workout program that is specifically tailor made for what my client is trying to achieve. My goal is to have my Clients give a 100% effort, regardless if that's 1 Push Up, or 1000 Push Ups. Its my job to SAFELY and intelligently push them slightly past that 100% effort so the Client can make SAFE improvements each and every session. My theory is that a Client only has to work TWICE AS SMART, not necessarily TWICE AS HARD, to achieve their individual goals. Fitness is a SCIENCE today... apply the right science to get a Client to their goals and beyond, and you'll have VERY happy Please feel free to inquire as to your needs. Thank you... and let's GO!

Encourage your Clients to give a 100% effort, and help them to train TWICE AS SMART, NOT TWICE AS HARD

My favorite client story

There are SO many success stories based on each Clients goals and needs, as well as their reasons for training, it would be unfair to say that any one is more or less important to me than another. Each success story brings a level of joy and happiness to both the Client, who has succeeded or exceeded their expectations, and to myself as well, knowing that I was instrumental in being a part of that smile that comes from accomplishment !

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is the one that my client needs to improve the quality of their lives.

My favorite quote

"A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step"

My training philosophy

Encourage your Clients to give a 100% effort, and help them to train TWICE AS SMART, NOT TWICE AS HARD
