About Michelle
I am an experienced Personal/Group Fitness Trainer with my B.S. in Exercise Science and certifications from NASM and FMS. My specialties include but are not limited to strength and conditioning, weight management, functional movement, corrective exercise, injury prevention, maintenance post surgery and physical therapy, mobility and flexibility, exercises for aging and those with contraindications, pre/post natal, pelvic floor, and sport specific athletic performance. I am committed to helping others reach their greatest potentials to move well now so they can keep moving later. With that said, I am also a firm believer in practicing what I preach within my own life. I am lucky to have been and currently serve as an athlete for Team USA Handball in both the indoor and beach divisions. My hope is to inspire and continue to be inspired by those around me to live the most functional lives possible, unrestrained by affliction to the body.

I've been working with Michelle for the past 3 years and during all this time she's been a great trainer! I've seen her immediately understand, adapt to my level, and push me towards my goals, being super supportive and present. the workouts are challenging and interesting, there is a lot of variety in the workouts so that you never get bored!
I’ve been training with Michelle for about 4 years now. She really helped me a lot to lose weight, get in shape and maintain it. It motivated me a lot that she led by example. She works out with me (if 1:1) or us if she is leading a group. I’ve never seen her eating any junk food (we have a bite after our training sometimes), but she is not policing anyone. She is chatty, with very positive attitude and energy, so trainings, no matter how hard they are, go by quickly.
