My training philosophy

My training philosophy is centered around a scientific and realistic approach based on my clients goals, current fitness level, motivation, and energy. I will always push you towards your goals. Sometimes when things get tough we lose sight of why we are here, but I will always quickly remind you of why you started.

My training experience

4-5 years of training clients from those who are trying to lose weight, put on muscle, or just want to be healthier. I have trained those who are disabled, injured, looking to improve their sports performance, and prepare for special events or vacations. I have trained everywhere from Physical therapy offices, Equinox, LA Fitness, and Crunch. I have trained in almost every situation you can think of.
