I wasn't always a fitness buff. From a very young age, I was considerably overweight. I was put on my first "diet" when I was nine years old which started the downward spiral of emotional eating causing me to be well over 200 pounds in my teens. New Years Eve 2006, I made a resolution that I was going to change my life. I started working with a trainer and fell in love with the progress. In less than a year, with no surgery - just hard work and dedication - I lost over 100 pounds. 10 years later, I still fall in love with the process. I love seeing how far a body can be pushed, how far you can get out of your comfort zone. 90% of the time, your mind is stopping you from achieving greatness and I truly enjoy breaking people out of that mindset - making them believe they can do anything. I specialize in HIIT bootcamp style training, sports conditioning, and weightlifting.
