I am all about helping inidividuals reach their goals and become better than they were the day before! I want clients that are willing to go that extra mile, even when days are tough! I provide strength training, balance incoporation and mindfulness, martial arts technique (Hapkido and Muay Thai/Kickboxing), lifting technique, plyometrics, and calistenics. I have several years of experience in creating plans for individuals, coaching them through their journeys, and helping individuals create a nutrition plan as well!
