I am all about helping inidividuals set and reach their goals, becoming better than they were the day before! I provide; functional training, kickboxing, balance and mindfulness, calistenics, weight management, and nutrional programs! I have 3 years of experience in creating plans for individuals, coaching them through their journeys, and helping individuals create a nutrition plan that works for them! I am a certfied personal trainer (CPT) through the American Council on Exercise, CPR/AED/FirstAid certified and up to date, and I am insured as well!
I have several locations to train my clients; personal home, your office, your home, public parks, virtual sessions, and even a local studio gym! I can travel to you, bringing all my own wide-variety of equipment! I have Covid precautions already in place as well! My favorite client story
One of the best clients I ever had (who has since moved out of state for a new job!) I will refer to as "Will" to protect his identity. Will came to me weighing in at 382 lbs at a height of 5'11". He worked hard each time, slowly but surely! After providing him with workout templates to do on his own, and working with him for a few weeks, I saw huge improvements! He was so motivated to make it happen! Each sessions, each week, each month, he became quicker, stronger, and thinner. Before he moved, we were more than a month deep into Kickboxing pad-work! He was performing knees, kicks, elbows, and punches! He always told me how much confidence it gave him. We worked on his nutrition as well, and he dropped over 110 lbs while working with me! To this day, even though he has moved away, we still keep in contact. I am forever grateful to have had the opportunity to help him succeed, and he is forever grateful for having someone be right by his side and believe in him! That's what hard work and good people bring out; success!
