About Jenn

Hi my name is Jenn Belch and I have been a personal trainer and coach for 16 years. My passion for exercise started at age 7 with multiple sports. Helping people in athletics and bettering their health has always been a passion of mine. Working in a gym setting for many years I have had many incredible opportunities and here are a few of them.

* Teaching clients how to swim after a traumatic event in the water
* Working with a young man who was paralyzed 20 years previous in a car accident walk across the pool on is own
* Help a bakery owner who was severely out of shape hike Mt. Kilimanjaro with his daughter
* Work with a client with Down Syndrome run in a 3 mile race and do ongoing strength training virtually
* Do post-habilitation training with clients with a wide range of injuries and post-joint replacement therapy

Part of our training will focus on healthy nutrition. A good way to think about it is, 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. We will go into more detail about that. Some other topics covered in our training together will be sleep, stress, water intake, work, exercise, cardio and habits.

My training philosophy is centered around formulating a delicate balance of strength and cardio conditioning, coupled with nutritional support, that is custom tailored to each of my client’s needs. I will bring out the best in YOU by creating challenging daily, weekly, monthly and ultimate goals.
