About Laura

I ended up running in college because that was the sport where I excelled the most. I ran cross country at UNCW, where I became the CAA Conference Champion and CAA athlete of the year my sophomore year. From there, I transferred to N.C. State to run with the infamous Wolfpack, known for having a great distance running program. There I became a two-time All-American in cross country and national qualifier in the 5,000 and 3,000 meters.

My goal is to rid the limitations that prevent clients from being athletic functioning people. There's an athlete in all of us that may have at some time chosen the path to hibernation and never really got back into it. You also may be daily exercisers but have not seen the results you desire because you have been doing the wrong exercises to begin with. I CAN HELP YOU.

My workouts consist of a mix of strength, cardio, core, and balance for a total body workout. This is guaranteed to burn a ton of calories and will add lean muscle to your body which in turn increases your metabolism.
