About Cambria
I have been in the fitness industry since I was 14 years old. Being a high competitive athlete since a young teen and having my own strength and conditioning coaches has conditioned me into adapting the lifestyle many strive to accomplish. When I was 18, I stepped away from the spotlight and the competitive part of it due to burn out. Putting the amount of force and exhaustion on a young, growing body..exhaustion, fatigue and overtraining was bound to catch up to me. Heck, I sacrificed my entire childhood and teenage years to become a better athlete. But with that being said, somehow I always found my way back. It wasn’t until I was 24 years old I decided to turn my hobby/lifestyle into a career. I played every sport you could think of growing up but found my calling in soccer and years later, martial arts. My training can be described as limitless and varies depending on the type of goals set. I love incorporating boxing/Muay Thai as it gives people a change and switches the mind set and opens up ways and individual can push themselves. To Olympic lifting, endurance, speed, agility, strength, conditioning, power, explosiveness, quickness… I’ve done it all. Fitness and building a heathy lifestyle is a marathon not a sprint so I emphasize that it’s important to enjoy the process rather than dread it.
