You don’t have to bear it all alone, start with me! I am ready to guard you through the journey of becoming a better version of yourself.

I am a supportive and encouraging coach that won’t only help you get back into shape but also, will provide you with useful advice to help you maintain those good and healthy habits.

I am Daniela Fausciana, a certified personal trainer, health coach, and yoga instructor, new to FYT but, with more than 7 quality years of experience in helping people in getting into shape through my unique skills.

I'm a happy, grateful, compassionate women, who have always loved to see people live a healthy life through fitness. It gives me joy when I see them in good shape with tremendous strength to carry out their daily activities without stress.

All levels are welcome to train with me.
Sorry, but I can't train members at any Planet Fitness.

I am an expert in areas including nutrition, weight loss, flexibility and mobility, muscular definition, muscle gain, stretch and myofascial release, stress reduction, wellness and healthy habits, core,
posture and balance.

I'm also a Certified Zumba Instructor, so you can expect an energizing and fun warm up and cool down.

I prefer to go to your place, but you can come to mine in Beaverton.
*Women only. Couples are welcome.

Right now, I'm only available: Mondays and Fridays on the evenings; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays only in the morning. Two or three sessions a week will give you faster results.
