Many trainers grew up with an athletic background, but mine was just the opposite. For the majority of my life, I was obese or borderline obese. I often ate to cope with my feelings and I was extremely inactive. My senior year of high school, after a tough talk with my doctor about my health, I decided to dip my toe into the world of health and fitness. I fell in love with learning more, growing, and challenging myself each and every day. When I first started my journey, it was all about losing weight. I just wanted to be skinny.
I wanted it so bad I fell into an eating disorder and was diagnosed with anorexia in 2014. Recovering was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, but after being at both extremes (overweight and underweight), I learned how to truly live a healthy lifestyle. I found a happy medium with moderation and balance and now preach that onto my clients. I’m thankful for what I’ve been through, because not only has it made me stronger, but it’s also given me the wisdom, experience, and empathy a personal trainer needs to connect with clients on another level. I understand what you’re going through, and I’m here for you!

Rebecca is a really great trainer. She lays out good work out plans each session while not doing the same thing each time. She is really helpful and her training facility is full of awesome people too.
