<p>I am the owner of High Performance Elite a private trainging studio in Marietta, GA where we serve athletes and busy professionals. I have been in the health and human performance industry for over 12 years. My journey began in college as an exercise science major, and member of the football team. After completing my athletic eligibility, I became a student assistant coach with the football team, spending my time coaching on the field, in the weight room, and in athletic training room.</p><br><p>During this time my passion for coaching and helping others really begin to grow. After graduating, I spent the next 3 years as a Division 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach.&nbsp;After coaching for 3 years, I shifted my path towards personal training and wellness.&nbsp;</p><br><p>As a trainer I worked primarily with middle-aged to older adults, as well as individuals recovering from injuries. Many of my clients had chronic conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson&rsquo;s disease, hypertension, and diabetes. Working with these special populations was both rewarding and challenging, and expanded my ability to help others. I quickly became the go to guy for special case clients, and for elderly clients with chronic conditions and movement dysfunctions.</p><br><p>After gaining much experience, I developed a unique training philosophy and methodology that I continue to use til this day in my own business at High Performance Elite.
