Personal training and group training is all about relationships. Every client is a top priority of mine, and your health and fitness goals are just as important to me as they will be to you. I have been active throughout my entire life, playing at least 2 sports yearly for the majority of it. As a former college athlete, current competitive obstacle racer, and physique competitor I know exactly how much discipline it requires.
Regardless of your goals I will make sure you have the motivation and proper structure and guidelines to surpass your expectations and be the best version of yourself possible.
