Each workout will begin with rolling (Self Myofascial Release). After that, I will put you through a dynamic warm up to get you warmed up for the workout. Typically, workouts will be cross fit type workouts to help shed body fat and build muscle.

Cross fit style workouts are my favorite types of routines because it keeps you moving and performing dynamic exercises which improves strength, cardiovascular endurance, and can also improve flexibility. I also do circuit style workouts to keep you moving throughout the workout and performing various exercises.
