Welcome to Mind over Body Fitness! I’m an independent personal trainer conducts all training out of Fusion Gyms facilities. I’m a trained professional in many areas of fitness goals, as well as diet and nutrition. When you sign up for any training it includes: * 1 - 3 sessions weekly * meal plan guidance * macro counts * at home workouts ( for days not with myself ). As you can already see i have experience in wide variety of areas. NO challenge is too big and i never steer away from accepting new ones. My favorite exercise

Again too many to count but favorite workout equipment to use is definitely the Medicine Ball. Why? There's so many uses and exercises you can perform with it. One of the best tools to use always. Enough weight to exert the muscles but light enough to build up a sweat. The dose of " Medicine " any client should receive.

My training philosophy

Training philosophy is everyone comes from a beginning. From the body builder to pro athlete to the " New Year , New me " goers, everyone had to start from somewhere. No need to be ashamed or embarrassed, at least you're trying. Congrats!

My training experience

Training experience is short 2 years , but it's something I live for and enjoy. This is my passion that I put forth to help others. Living my own experiences of fluctuated weight gain and loss to muscle building, my methods are proof that the impossible is possible.
