About Sarah

I have worked as Physical Therapist in a traditional clinic setting since 2016. Since then I have acquired private in home personal training clients as well as athletic teams that I was working with outside of my PT job. Recently I have quit my full time job as a traditional PT to provide the hybrid of a traditional PT and a traditional strength coach. I have the advantage over a personal trainer because I am a trained movement expert and feel comfortable training clients with any degree of musculoskeletal injury. I also have more experience than most trainers or therapists working with athletes or athletic individuals. My previous job allowed me to work with triathletes, Ironman athletes, professional/collegiate and high school athletes as well as individuals looking to get generally healthy while being mindful of injury maintenance and prevention. I tailor programs to meet the individuals goals with emphasis on correct mechanics and form.
